September

September was full of excitement.  Doug and I became big kids!  We bought our first house!  We love it, and I will have to dedicate a post to just the house, because we had to do a lot of work on the house.

Chloe stopped nursing at 10 months.  She just wasn't interested anymore.  I have now introduced almond milk, and she loves it!  But that's no surprise.  The only thing she spits out is tomatoes.

August

August was a fun month.  It was full of friends and family. Most of my updates will be in pictures, because let's be honest, everyone loves pictures and videos.

My family (minus the Smithers :( )came into town for a fun visit. We went to the Brigham City Temple Dedication and it was beautiful!  Doug and Danny are missing, because they were being busy adults, but it was great that the rest of us were able to see the beautiful temple!  I loved how they incorporated the peach blossom all throughout the temple.  I love the small things the LDS Church does to incorporate the town that the temple is built in.

The ways Chloe crawled before she walked.

Chloe has been walking around couches since she was 8 months, well before she crawled, but the day before her 10 month "birthday" she took her first steps!  It was pretty exciting, and Doug and I both got to witness them!  From there, there was no stopping her.  She loved being able to walk on her own.  Now she walks everywhere.  She is also drinking from straws, and saying Dada, and Momma.  When she sees Doug, she says "haa dada."  Not everytime, but a lot.  It is so darn cute!
